Flowers Grace The Opening Of A New Curry Resto
A new curry restaurant opened this week at the basement of the building where I work. Looks interesting, I should try it sometime.
I couldn't resist taking a flick of these flower displays. Been trying self-restraint the whole week [a little too shy hehehhee] but this Saturday I thought, what if it dries up over the weekend so I took my cellphone and got this snapshot.

Oedo Subway Escalator ~ one of the longest in town
Was playing around with my cell phone on my way home. I take the Oedo Subway, known for its long escalators! Yup, yup, this one takes me 3 floors all the way in about a minute's ride.

Side dishes for today
Been little by little influencing HB how to speak in Tagalog. Was really surprised that he remembers words I always use such as: 'sige na' and 'sige na naman'. And he also remembers loko-loko and how to use 'po'. He used it to me today when he said 'uso (it's a lie) po.' He's interested in The Da Vinci Code, I really hope he gets interested in my religious beliefs and I hope one day I could take him to a Catholic mass and tell him about God's love to all mankind. [hahhaa, karirin ko ba?!]
HB said that my smell lingered in the 30/f free meeting space. They used the cube where 10 minutes ago I previously had a meeting. Hmm..I didn't know my new perfume has that profound effect! Gerard also noticed and he went like 'ah, sabi ko na nga ikaw yung dumaan, ang bango eh!]...a remark I feel a little uneasy with. I wouldn't want everybody smelling me~
Told HB that Blesh is gonna tie the knot and then he made fun of me! He said 'what about you? when are you getting married?!', he was making fun of me! He said that my wedding dreams would probably be just dreams! Loko yun ah! I'll show him.
Tita frowned at me when I sent the meeting invitation for the SI Code Proj that I am going to assign her. This girl really comes valedictorian in insubordination! I hate being her team lead. But I woundn't let her ruin my week! Especially now that I got 5 projects approved by my project sponsor. That's one objective down for the week!
I've also sent out the Despedida de Soltero for Tera, and I'm planning [in my head] for this Friday's girls party @ my place.
Today was a busy Monday, and the days will go on busier but it has been a fruitful day. Very productive actually.

The Execution Board, IT Wall & Me
My recent eye opener, my latest bestfriend and my greatest source of wisdom ~ The Execution Board! Now I'm an ultimate believer...Nojima was laughing so hard when he saw me posting another one of these execution boards on the IT wall. He said I've conquered the entire IT.

HB said that I actually wanted to join the IT team...little does he know that my newest cube will be the one right next to him hahahaha! Well, he provides a lot of bits and pieces of advises especially on the IT side that's why it's also great to sit beside him. Now I know that when it comes to work, I should make him feel that he has valuable inputs to my job...Hahaha, lessons learned from watching too much movies - Watch My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and you'll be amazed at the tons of tips you'll get in order to sustain a reasonably peaceful co-existence with the opposite sex.

Typical Lazy Day At The Station
One very likeable fact about Japan is its very efficient train system. This is a typically lazy weekend at JR's Yotsuya Station. On my way home I decide to take a few clicks. This one's the Chuo express line bound for Takao.
Rush hour offers more memorable experience for foreigners. Every train ride is a different experience worth sharing.

Highlights are on the side streets
This is where most of the Sunday highlights happen...on the side streets of St. Ignatius Church. Fellow kababayans offering images of Sacret Heart, Sto. Nino, Mama Mary, Filipino food, call card ~ for a not so reasonable price!!!! :)
Ah the Filipino entreprenuer!

St. Ignatius Church
You'll never miss St. Ignatius Church. This cross will guide you to where it is!
St. Ignatius is an established Catholic church with so much activities going on, hourly Japanese masses in the morning and English in the afternoon.
The choir is good too. Next time I'll take pictures of its interior..perhaps not on a mass day :)
