Do you believe in Angels?

I cannot deny the fact that they do exist in my life - through the people I meet everyday. Don't you get surprised when at certain points of your career, or your personal life go astray, there is always this one unexpected person who'd somehow, at the perfect time and at the perfect place, seem to be there to make things a little bit easier, a little bit brighter without you knowing it? And then you just feel you're good.
Life is a roller coaster of emotions and this ride could be really really terrifying. I have made an important life decision and the next 2-3 weeks would determine a lot of things in my life. But I will not fight what I am destined to become or where I am destined to be. I'm somewhat in a suspended mode where I can neither move on or move forward. Times like these you just want to sleep the days out and just wake up one day after your worries have passed. But thank goodness for Angels.

  3. Ms. S.bucks Barrista for remembering my 'itsumono'. I feel like a Starbucks VIP.

Only In The Philippines

I've received this forwarded email a hundred times before but everytime I do, it never fails to put a big smile on my face. Nice week ender...too bad only Filipinos could appreciate this, heard only in the Philippines!

The Day That Has Been

Miscellaneous. My friend Oggie and I were chatting about how our lives have changed recently and how amazing it is to keep up with our lives and share our thoughts and realize that there is a greater purpose in life via our own blogs!
I'm Off To Batanes. Oggie said he couldn't reserve 2 for the Batanes plan 'coz it's Holy Week. I said, it's OK I could just go straight to Beijing. And then around late afternoon, he buzzed me and gave me the greatest news. He was able to reserve 1 more slot! Wow! It's such a great blessing. And I am one lucky girl! If it's meant to be..it is meant to be!
At work. Finally CP decision has been announced. I'm relieved. I can release Applix in March. I can close DBA TOI in April. Yahoo! But I need to make a tough decision tomorrow.
Friends Connect. I received nice praises from Marla and Vekie 'bout my blog. Naoe also said it's great. Feeling shy tuloy ako hehehehe. Had nice chat with Blesh, hahahahaha, I'm sure she'd raise her eyebrows when she reads the last section here. Jonathan just buzzed me out of nowhere, discovered we're both SFC. Emman dropped a couple of hi's but doesn't want to go with me to Beijing 'coz he's just there last year. Ahh, got a really long email from Gaily. Just finished chatting with Carlo.
On my Honey Bunny. He asked me what's going to be my decision tomorrow. I said I don't know. I'll find out once I answer the M$ ? Told him my vacation plans and tomorrow's secret ****. I better be honest. He informed me about N's plans (now I know they talk about CP all the time) at least I can prepare in advance ~ times like these are what Honey Bunnies are for hehehehe.

  1. Jeff will organize a snowboarding tour Mar 5-6, Kuya, Agdie and maybe even coach will come!
  2. Received ski tour 2005 album from Des.
  3. Got an unexpected 'kamusta email' from the most unexpected person! ;)
  4. Final decision on CP fate!
  5. Got confirmation to visit Ate on Mar 12
  6. Had hearty laughs with Naoe-san.
  7. Lot of people are coming to my secret *****!!!!
  8. Delicious lunch at Lolita's
  9. Read Oggie and Boyet's blogs
  10. Got 'hi email' from my sis Flor
  11. Aplx Project to go live on Mar 2005!
  12. Director OKays Team Building
  13. Somebody canceled a m. rm resrvtn, I got lucky!

Friendships and Love

Good friends are hard to find, harder to leave, and impossible to forget. You can only go as far as you push. Actions speak louder than words. Don't let the past hold you back; you're missing the good stuff. Life's short. If you don't look around once in a while, you might miss it. A best friend is like a four leaf clover: hard to find and lucky to have. If you think that the world means nothing, think again. You might mean the world to someone else. When it hurts to look back, and you're scared to look ahead, you can look beside you and your best friend will be there True friendship never ends. Friends are forever. Good friends are like stars....You don't always see them, but you know they are always there. Don't frown. You never know who is falling in love with your smile. NOBODY IS PERFECT UNTIL YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THEM. (Isn't that the truth?) Everything is okay in the end. If it's not okay, then it's not the end. Most people walk in and out of you life. But only True friends leave footprints in your heart. There may be somebody who is thinking about you RIGHT NOW and wishing that you were around. That's the wonderful thing about friendship-you always feel loved and cared about. The most important thing to remember is... Always appreciate the friends that you have. A fight may come and go very easily, but a friendship could last forever. For every second spent in anger, a minute of happiness is wasted.
