I heard an enlightening logic from HB regarding my difficulty dealing with OE people. He said that perhaps these people don't have much experience other than the specific process that they do for OE. Their world is only confined to that small world, and even if we try to change a little of their process, to them everything changes. It is a big deal because that small change is their world and it's everything they have, that's why they get stressed over the changes that we wanted to implement....Hmm..I never thought of it that way. This helped me cope up with my own stresses and provide extra room for understanding and patience. But isn't that life's like that? We are defined and shaped according to our experiences.
