Presenting the realization of a dream...
I wished for this 3.5 x 1.6 x 0.27 inches and 1.5 ounces pencil-thin thing who goes by the name iPod Nano! 4G and piano white~ Holds up to 1000 songs and whose battery life lasts until 14 hours. I've been looking for this model for almost a month already. Took me weeks after its release to realize that I want it. By the time I did, it was sold out (apparently from Day 1). And then last week, I heard from a friend that there's a 4G black version being sold at Yodobashi camera. I said, no~ black wouldn't do. And my friend Tera chanced upon the Big Camera online shop and he saw the ad, delivery within 24 hours. It took me no more than a minute to purchase that. I waited and waited and waited last Friday but all I received was a notification that delivery would be within 2-7 days. I couldn't wait anymore. But as they say patience is a virtue. Monday morning I was out of office on a meeting and I was worried that delivery would come and no one would pick it up for me. But I said to myself, 'faith, have faith!' I returned at the office at 3pm and as I was approaching my cube I felt a gush of adrenaline. I wanted it to be there on my cube. I really really wanted to have my iPod Nano. I took time and walked slowly and then there was a box! I just knew it was 'it!'. I opened it excitedly and it was the most white beautiful thing I've seen and touched in a while. There it was ~ my dream fulfilled.
